Missing teeth impact your ability to chew food leading to loss of function and compromise esthetics/looks/your smile. It is important to replace missing teeth or extracted teeth, ideally within 6 months to a year, not just for the above, but also to prevent migration or rotation of adjacent or opposing teeth. Delay in replacing teeth (except for third molar) may cause loss of space and further problems in function. Dental implants employ the use of the most biocompatible Titanium (Ti6Al4V) metal which is placed inside the bone or previous tooth socket. Bone integrates with this implant surface over a period of time and forms a strong bond (osseo-integration) upon which a cap or crown (tooth) is placed to restore form, function & esthetics (looks)

These Implants are now the preferred choice to replace missing teeth as there is no need to grind adjacent teeth (for a bridge) and provides enhanced function, comfort and long life by being a totally fixed tooth option. A single implant replaces a single tooth, whereas two or more are needed to form an implant crown bridge to replace several missing teeth.

Full Mouth implants are done for patients with multiple or completely missing teeth in their jaws (upper jaw/lower jaw). We can either use 4/5/6 Implants per jaw or Ptreygoid/Zygoma Implants in upper jaw to totally rehabilate the entire jaw. Further is discussed at the end of this page.

Bone Grafts are bone substitutes that are used when there is deficient bone to place implants. Bone grafts may be needed for some patients depending on their condition. We may either take some bone from the patient's jaw or use artificial bone graft for this purpose.

Sinus Lift is a procedure that is done to lift the maxillary sinus that is lying too close to the upper jaw molars (back teeth) & place bone graft in order to place implants. This restores bone volume in that area. It can be either closed (indirect) sinus lift or open (direct) sinus lift.

FULL MOUTH IMPLANT REHABILITATION / FULL MOUTH FIXED TEETH

MULTIPLE POOR TEETH AND COMPLETELY MISSING TEETH CAN BE REPLACED BY FULL MOUTH IMPLANTS WITH IMMEDIATE TEETH BY ALL ON 4 OR ALL ON 5 or ALL ON 6 IMPLANT CONCEPT.

This employs the use of either 4/5/6 Implants per jaw to provide a full arch/jaw fixed prostheses. We can provide the patient fixed teeth within 7 days or after a period of 3 months for healing. This, depends on the patient situation.
